Oh Joy is the one blog (well, aside from pinkisthenewblog.com) that I read every day. And, it just so happens that she recently got married! I'm newly engaged. Well, 2 months have passed. I can't believe some people throw a wedding in only 6 months.
I heard about the blog and signed on when it was first launched. A lot has changed. I love it.
I'm not in the wedding planning spirit altogether just yet. Just started a new job and find myself with no time to think of these things. Your blog acutally inspires me. The plan: Take accumulated ideas over the next 6 months and then make it come to life when I am ready to set dates. Not sure where I'll get marrried, but leaning on a destination wedding. I heard somewhere that resorts allow you to have a wedding at their property for free as long as you fill a certain amount of rooms in the resort with your guests. Is that true? Are the dinners/events quality? Reliable?
Anyway, I'll be back. I owe it to the pretty ring on my finger to enjoy every step of this process. Thanks Abby Jean.
